Getting in touch
Reach the team through the contact page on this site — tell us which page you were on and what you were trying to do. One hard rule: never include passwords, verification codes, or full card numbers in a message. No genuine support agent will ever ask for those.
What speeds things up
Detail beats volume: what you expected, what actually happened, which device and browser you used, and about when. “Last night around ten, the voice call dropped twice on mobile data” gets solved; “it is broken” gets a follow-up question.
Reporting another user
On every call screen, use the report and block buttons first — they reach moderation while the session details are still attached. If something happened that the buttons could not capture, a message through the contact page can add the rest.
Coin and payment questions
If a charge or coin balance looks off, send us the date and the rough amount. Remember the model: starting costs nothing, and coins merely stretch conversations you decided to continue. We will check the record and come back to you.
Worth a look first
Many questions already have answers on the voice call online page — permissions, devices, no-download setup — and the help center covers the common fixes. A two-minute read can save you a day of inbox-waiting.
